Josh Wulz joined Skyline Seven Real Estate in 2015 as a leasing associate specializing in landlord representation across various retail property types in the Metro Atlanta area. After successful performance on countless client projects, Josh’s role expanded to a Senior Leasing Associate in 2018. As of January 1, 2021, Josh was promoted to Vice President and Partner. Josh is integral in the oversight and execution of Skyline Seven’s leasing portfolio, including mentoring agents and managing relationships with some the industry’s most respected landlords and tenants. Born and raised in Atlanta, Josh has intimate knowledge of the city’s markets, growth patterns and tenant trends. Josh lives just off the Atlanta Beltline in Ormewood Park with his wife, son and dog and is an overly passionate supporter of the Green Bay Packers. In Josh’s spare time, he enjoys golfing, music and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
