Ann Smith manages the Skyline Seven Charlotte office and oversees firm operations within the Carolinas. With a wealth of real estate expertise and industry relationships, Ann specializes in landlord and tenant representation in addition to new business development across firm service lines. As an analytical thinker focused on developing market opportunities and improving occupancy, Ann provides unparalleled dealmaking and guidance to our clients. Ann is a strong communicator who prioritizes her client’s needs throughout any lease negotiation in order to achieve success.
Prior to joining Skyline Seven, Ann was Senior Vice President at Cullinan Properties leading the strategic vision and tactical execution for all leasing and re-development within an extensive national portfolio. Ann also previously served as Vice President of Leasing at Kite Realty Group (NYSE: KRG) and Retail Properties of America for 15 years where Ann was responsible for the management and leasing of a 15,000,000 square foot retail portfolio.
A long-time Charlotte resident, Ann enjoys nothing more than spending time with her husband and family and lives by three important values: family, fashion and hard work.
