Elliott Kyle is responsible for Skyline Seven’s Investment Sales Division and is one of Atlanta’s top sale producers.  Elliott offers a breadth of brokerage experience having represented private investors, institutions and lenders/ special servicers. Over the last 15 years alone, Elliott closed real estate transactions in excess of $750,000,000.

Chase Murphy

Chase  represents buyers and sellers of commercial real estate at Skyline Seven. Chase has a vast knowledge of transactional real estate and applies his expertise to single tenant and multi-tenant retail and office properties.  Representing real estate companies, private investors, high net worth families and lenders/special servicers, Chase is committed to profitable and seamless closings for his clients. Over the last 5 years alone, Chase has executed over $250,000,000 of real estate transactions.

Josh Wulz

Vice President | Partner

Josh Wulz joined Skyline Seven Real Estate in 2015 as a leasing associate specializing in landlord representation across various retail property types in the Metro Atlanta area. After successful performance on countless client projects, Josh’s role expanded to a Senior Leasing Associate in 2018.  As of January 1, 2021, Josh was promoted to Vice President and Partner.  Josh is integral in the oversight and execution of Skyline Seven’s leasing portfolio, including mentoring agents and managing relationships with some the industry’s most respected landlords and tenants.

Chris Bowman

Vice President | Partner

Chris specializes in landlord representation of retail property at Skyline Seven.   Naturally, Chris was drawn to real estate after having earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia.

Kim Moore

Senior Leasing Associate

Kim Moore is a senior leasing associate for Skyline Seven Real Estate specializing in retail landlord representation throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Prior to joining Skyline Seven, Kim worked at Farish Realty & Associates, gaining valuable experience in all facets of leasing and property management.

Jason R. Gingold


Jason Gingold is a Director at Skyline Seven Real Estate and specializes in retail and office brokerage, with an emphasis on tenant representation.  As a lifelong resident of Atlanta, Jason’s extensive knowledge of the market creates opportunities for his clients and allows him to understand each submarket’s trends.

Michael is a leasing associate that specializes in landlord representation. As an Atlanta native with vast marketing and sales experience, Michael is constantly in line with market trends and excels as a strong communicator with tenants and landlords alike.

Nick is a leasing associate and specializes in landlord representation. As a graduate of Mercer University, Nick earned a Master’s in Business Administration and also served as captain on the Men’s Lacrosse team for three years.
