Over the last 15 years alone, Elliott closed real estate transactions in excess of $750,000,000.

Chase Murphy

Chase is a senior investment sales associate representing buyers and sellers of commercial real estate. Chase has a vast knowledge of transactional real estate and applies his expertise to single tenant and multi-tenant retail and office properties.  Representing real estate companies, private investors, high net worth families and lenders/special servicers, Chase is committed to profitable and seamless closings for his clients. Over the last 5 years alone, Chase has executed over $250,000,000 of real estate transactions.

Josh Wulz

Josh Wulz joined Skyline Seven Real Estate in 2015 as a leasing associate specializing in landlord representation across various retail property types in the Metro Atlanta area. After successful performance on countless client projects, Josh’s role expanded to a Senior Leasing Associate in 2018.  As of January 1, 2021, Josh was promoted to Vice President and Partner.  Josh is integral in the oversight and execution of Skyline Seven’s leasing portfolio, including mentoring agents and managing relationships with some the industry’s most respected landlords and tenants.

Chris Bowman

Senior Leasing Associate

Chris is a leasing associate and specializes in landlord representation of retail property.   Naturally, Chris was drawn to real estate after having earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia.

Brooke Weinstein

Leasing Associate

Brooke is a leasing associate and specializes in landlord representation of retail property.  Born and raised in Atlanta, Brooke provides a wealth of information on Atlanta’s submarkets, their growth patterns and real estate trends. Prior to joining Skyline Seven, Brooke worked for a commercial collection agency and is a graduate of University of Georgia.

Kim Moore

Leasing Associate

Kim Moore is a leasing associate for Skyline Seven Real Estate specializing in retail landlord representation throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Prior to joining Skyline Seven, Kim worked at Farish Realty & Associates, gaining valuable experience in all facets of leasing and property management.

Jason R. Gingold


Jason Gingold is a Director at Skyline Seven Real Estate and specializes in retail and office brokerage, with an emphasis on tenant representation.  As a lifelong resident of Atlanta, Jason’s extensive knowledge of the market creates opportunities for his clients and allows him to understand each submarket’s trends.
