David Landrum

David excels at building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and constituents based on mutual trust, respect, and understanding. He has extensive experience representing institutional investors, private owners, and developers across a wide range of retail property types, including single-tenant buildings, unanchored strip centers, anchored centers, power centers, and mixed-use projects.
Before joining Skyline Seven, David served as Regional Leasing Manager at RPT Realty, where he developed and executed leasing strategies that attracted new tenants and maximized occupancy across a five-state retail portfolio totaling 2.5 million square feet. Earlier in his career, he held leasing roles with Stafford and Stirling Properties, where he gained valuable experience in retail property operations and tenant relations.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, David lives in Druid Hills with his wife and daughter. A dedicated Georgia Bulldogs fan, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, skiing, hiking, and staying active at the gym.
