As Director at Skyline Seven Real Estate, Kim Moore leads retail landlord representation across Metro Atlanta, advising owners on strategic leasing and asset positioning. Her CCIM designation, one of the highest achievements in commercial real estate, reflects her expertise in investment analysis, market research, and negotiations. Kim is committed to industry advancement, serving nationally on the CCIM Technology Board and locally on the board of Your Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA), where she fosters collaboration between landlords, tenants, and brokerage professionals.
Kim began her career at Farish Realty & Associates, brings a well-rounded background in land sales, asset management, site selection, and leasing. She earned a BBA in Real Estate and Marketing with a Sales specialization from the University of West Georgia, where she also founded and led the university’s equestrian team.
A lifelong Georgian, Kim now resides in Sandy Springs and enjoys riding her horse, playing golf, and globe-trotting in her free time.
