Victoria Cooper is a Leasing Associate specializing in Landlord Representation of retail properties. Victoria earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Skyline Seven, Victoria spent several years with Smith & Associates Real Estate Brokerage. In her role, Victoria specialized in luxury pre-construction condominium sales where she exceled as part the firm’s top-producing team. With Victoria’s keen business acumen in mind, she later desired to shift her focus to commercial real estate and joined the Atlanta office for Franklin Street, a third-party commercial real estate brokerage firm. While at Franklin Street, Victoria worked on various tenant representation and landlord leasing projects which has further positioned her for success at Skyline Seven. Victoria offers valuable insight into tenant needs and processes, enhancing her ability to deliver strategic leasing solutions for our clients.
Originally from Tampa, FL, Victoria loves to travel and experience new places, cooking and spending time with her two beautiful huskies.
