David Dieterle

David Dieterle is responsible for business development and client relations as well as assisting in the overall strategic and operational direction of the company. David is an accomplished real estate executive with the ability to leverage outstanding industry knowledge and analytical skills to enhance asset value. He is a collaborative leader with the proven ability to influence decision making and manage relationships.
Prior to Skyline Seven, David was Executive Vice President of Leasing & Development for ShopCore Properties (affiliate of The Blackstone Group). In this role, David’s departments were responsible for all leasing, development, and construction activities for a 20 million square foot portfolio spanning 18 states with a $300 million development/redevelopment pipeline. David had previously served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for DDR Corp, a publicly traded REIT.
David resides in Milton and devotes his free time to his two sons who, in addition to being outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy exercise, music, and travel.
