Kenny Holzer is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company, as well as new business development. Kenny is recognized for his breadth of real estate experience and deal acumen. His high-energy leadership inspires and motivates associates, resulting in lucrative transactions for our clients.
Prior to Skyline Seven, Kenny was Vice President of Real Estate and Construction for Aaron’s, Inc. (NYSE: AAN), an Atlanta-based home goods retailer. In this capacity, Kenny’s department had ultimate responsibility for new store openings, sale-leasebacks, property dispositions, property management, construction and store design. He previously served as Acquisitions Manager for Focus Development, Inc., an Atlanta-based development, construction and management company. Kenny has also served on an internal reporting group for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, an Australian-based pension fund advisor. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Georgia. Kenny is a long-time resident of Dunwoody where he currently lives with his wife and their two children. He is active as a community basketball coach and is a member of the Dunwoody Country Club. In his free time, Kenny enjoys exercising, playing golf and spending time with his family and black lab, Minnie.
