Atlanta’s newest player in the fried chicken arena is headed to Sandy Springs. But its entry means saying goodbye to a longtime local wingery favorite. Gus’s Chicken secured its second Atlanta location outside of Peachtree Center at 6518 Roswell Rd. Specifically, this small strip center right off Roswell Road is home to Clay’s Sports Grill, famed in the area for its chicken wings. Mitcham & Associates’ Michael Mitcham tells us Gus’s will take over Clay’s  space. Skyline Seven Real Estate repped the landlord.
