Georgia’s First Goorin Bros Coming Soon to Ponce City Market

Hat Shop Files Plans for Old Fourth Ward.
Goorin Bros is moving forward with plans to open its first Georgia location in Ponce City Market (PCM).

A building permit application was submitted to City of Atlanta Monday to buildout suite C196 in the Old Fourth Ward redevelopment project.

An estimated $145,000 will be spent in commercial alterations to the 1,002-square-foot retail space for the hat manufacture.
